If you are still stuck, I would recommend downloading the client directly as indicated in. If either of those aren't the version listed above, could you please try following the steps at, as it should clear out any local cacheing issues you may be having. If it doesn't, could I get you to visit and confirm that the version you see there is 0.2.99. If this is 0.2.99.0, please try installing with this as it should correct the loop you are stuck in. Right click on MTGAInstaller.exe in your downloads folder. If it doesn't please download and confirm that it's File Version is current MTGA Launcher version of 0.2.99.0. If you haven't already, please restart your PC and try installing again to see if that resolves the issue. If possible, would you try the following troubleshooting steps.
